cute staff cozy feel clean room broken catch coat hook four coat hangers

the staff were cute. i was shown to my room, and it was utterly fine! it felt cosy. the room was clean. it had all amenities and some complimentary drinks and snacks. the local ingredients at breakfast were all fresh and there was a great selection across the breakfast bar.

i had a premium king room. there were no coat hooks, so it was a pain to dry our wet coats. the catch on the bathroom window was broken. i stopped the window banging during storm amy with a piece of card. only four coat hangers were available on arrival.

friendly staff great wine choice onsite parking

the staff were very friendly and approachable , they were always attentive. the restaurant had nice decor and was well put together. there was a great choice of wine. onsite parking was helpful , although manoeuvring was tricky with a large car.

i noticed a little dust in the room , it was mainly where the decorations were placed.

the rear garden offered a relaxing space with my wine. my room was tasteful and quiet despite its location above the entrance. i slept very well. the decor was well done and bar food met my expectations. the staff provided helpful service .

friendly staff bramley range fridge milk rude receptionist interrupted sentence

The staff was super friendly! i really enjoyed the bramley range of products. it was also nice having milk and water in the fridge. That's a great touch! i also loved the nespresso machine.
